Scott Stevens, Scotland's premier mixologist, has been playing with VALT for a while now and has created a collection of tasty cocktails that compliment its smooth, creamy taste.
- 35mls VALT Vodka
- 3 Sprigs Sage
- 3 Strawberries
- 1/2 Bar Spoon Rose Syrup
- 50mls Pressed Apple
- Dash Sugar Syrup
Muddle Sage & Strawberries in a Boston glass, add all other ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with a strawberry slice and sage leaf.
- 35mls VALT Vodka
- 15mls Pear Liquor
- 1/2 Bar Spoon Heather Honey
- 50mls Pressed Apple
- 5mls Vanilla Schnapps
Add all ingredients into a Boston and shake well, place into a chilled martini glass.
- 35mls Valt Vodka
- Dash Lychee Juice
- Dash Lemon Juice
- 50mls Guava Juice
- 3 strands of Lemongrass
- 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
Muddle lemongrass and lime leaves in a boston glass, add all other ingredients, shake well and strain into a chilled short glass. Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf and a lemongrass stalk.
- 50mls VALT Vodka
- 50mls Pinot Grigio
- 25mls Apple Juice
- Dash Sugar Syrup
- Dash Lavender Syrup
Add all ingredients into a Boston and shake well, place into iced Collins slim glass.
- 35mls VALT Vodka
- 3 Rinds of Cucumber
- Dash Elderflower Cordial
- Dash Lychee Juice
- Splash Champagne
Muddle the cucumber rind, valt vodka, elderflower cordial and lychee juice in a boston glass and shake well, strain into a chilled flute glass and top up with champagne.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

- 15mls Vermouth
- Dash Lavender Syrup
Add all ingredients into a Boston and stir, place into chilled martini glass.
- 50mls VALT Vodka
- 25ml Xante
- 50ml Pear Puree
- Small Dash Sugar Syrup
- Dash Soda Water
Add all ingredients into a boston and shake well. Strain into a collins slim glass. Top up with crushed ice and soda water. Garnish with a slice of pear on the side of the glass.
